- 8 oz. white mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup pepper jack (cubed, Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 flour tortillas (soft)
- 3 leaves fresh spinach (if desired, optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- salsa (optional)
- 1 lb. sea scallops (sea scallops are the larger scallops)
- 1 pkg. sliced bacon (Hatfield Classic)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (real)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. angel hair pasta (optional)
- asparagus (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (for topping the pasta, optional)
