I make this during Hatch Chile season every year with a couple minor changes. I don't use onion, not my cup of tea, and I make it crustless. If you spray the pan it comes out perfect!

This was amazing, however I think it needs a bit more cheese. I am a cheese lover tho. My husband loved it
