- 1 tsp. chile powder (I used a New Mexican blend)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup salsa verde (green chile)
- 3 Roma tomatoes (large, seeded and diced)
- 1/2 red onion (small, diced)
- 2 Hatch chiles (roasted, seeded, and chopped*)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
