    4th time I have done this recipe and love it. The last two times I have doubled the recipe and prepared it with a pork loin instead of tenderloin and it turned out delicious. Give it a try folks.

    Very easy yet packed with flavor. Be sure not to use too much sundried tomatoes or they will dominate over the spinach

    I substituted red pepper for the sun dried tomatoes bc it is what I had on hand. Overall this was an easy delicious dinner to make on a weeknight. Had to cook it 10 extra minutes.

    Way better than I thought! I used sundried toms in oil and used the oil to brush over the pork to cook. Very yum

    Everyone LOVED it!! Had to cook it an hour for it to cook throug, though. BUT, other than that, this is a wonderful, healthy, and tasty thing to eat!!

    I made two tenderloins and maybe over cooked slightly. Next time cook around 15 min I cooked closer to 20. My fault. Good but not amazing. Next time I would add more feta for sure. All we could taste was the garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Add salt and pepper next time. Over all taste was good and easy to prepare. I need to cut thinner slices next time as well
    Awesome! So full of flavor. Added a little black pepper to the mixture but soooo good!!! Definitely making again!!!
