Great!
I only used four Russet potatoes but it took an hour anyway. Put them in the oven and made open faced chicken sandwiches with my leftover roasted chicken

Hard to get in between each slice but it wound up delicious. Easier for me than mashed tatters.

I loved the outcome of this recipe. Definitely a new favorite. I added a little more salt on the finished product as the “garnish”.

These are my husbands best potato ever. I made my butter, sour cream sauce to go over them. The best. Thank you

Really try to get butter in each cut. Make sure you use kosher salt and spread it out well.

I love making these and the tip using the wooden spoons is great, I actually preferred using chopsticks just to get a deeper cut. All in all a great side dish or even fun to serve as an appetizer w/ a yummy cheese sauce!

Turned out great. Supper easy to do. Great tip using the spoon handles when cutting the potato to make sure not to cut all the way through. I wish I has used more salt. My kids loved the fun new way to cook and eat the potatoes.

So simple yet so tasty. Used a basting brush to get the butter-oil mixture between the potato slices. Crisp on the outside, tender and delicious on the inside.
