Not great. Potatoes need much longer than recipe says despite giving them an extra 15 minutes.

Really liked these potatoes. I added a bit of dried chilli to give them a kick. Very easy to make too.

These potatoes turned out great! Flavorful, soft on the inside, and crispy around the edges. I used various herbs/spices in my blend, including rosemary & minced garlic. I sliced the potatoes using two butter knives, one on each side of the potato. I never cut through the potato, surprisingly! Instead of frying the potato, I coated the potatoes in oil/spices then put them directly in the oven.

Amazing, so tender and flavoursome, perfect with our broccoli and steak, the whole family enjoyed, would definitely do them again
