I've never made quiche before and this was a simple, yet tasty introduction. I added some rosemary because i love rosemary and it added a nice dimension. I think it's a little heavy on the sausage and some tomatoes, and since would be a nice addition.

Really good! I used ham and baby Swiss cheese. I also used a little sweet onion. The family absolutely loved it!

The grocery store was out of regular hash browns, so I took a risk and used southwest style. The result was delicious.

It was great!! I added some minced garlic and parsley to the egg mixture and seasoned the potatoes with dill and garlic before baking.

I would make again with a few changes. I would use less hash browns, more sausage and add asparagus or spinach.

I doubled the recipe, as I have a family of 6. They all loved it! Excited to make it for family this easter 😀
