Directions
- HEAT oil in large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Combine potatoes, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper in medium bowl. Mix well. Press potato mixture into hot pan. Cook 6 to 7 minutes; turn and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
