this was yummy, but the recipe needs more focus on Seasoning to taste and a bit more hash browns to cover the bottom of the pan. You will also need to use a grater on your zucchini. it doesn't say that but take my word for it. also, I used Seasoning blend and more cheese. bake times vary, so keep an eye on it. it was quite worth it!
