- 1 red onion (small, diced)
- 1 lime
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cucumber (diced)
- 4 medium tomatoes (diced)
- olive oil (Drizzle of)
- 100 grams feta (crumbled)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
- 1 kg sweet potatoes (roughly 2 medium ones)
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 500 grams turkey thigh (mince)
- 4 Tbsp. harissa paste (careful with strength, mine was fairly mild)
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 4 burger buns (wholemeal, or ordinary bread rolls)
- 4 lettuce leaves (large, optional)
