I have never been a fan of eating fish, but the health benefits have made me want to find ways to make it more appealing for myself and my family. This recipe lacks appeal in the presentation, but is the first dish I have discovered that allows us to eat what we can catch. It's a bit sweet and of course smokey. The kids say it tastes like sausage. I don't agree, but can see how that comparison could be made. Breakfast meats are smokey. At any rate, the good news; it don't taste alot like fish.
