Other than needing a bit more moisture to get the last bit of the ingredients to combine, definitely a solid recipe. Add a but more oil of choice as needed. (Not much, but a drop or two at the end of the batch).

These worked out very well, I wish I had brown sugar, I am guessing they have turned out better. Otherwise, very yummy!

The dough itself is the ideal cookie dough texture, I used half coconut oil and half vegetable oil and also used soy milk with a splash of vinegar (vegan buttermilk) instead. I’m letting the dough chill/ rest while I preheat my oven and plan on turning them into cookie bars using a brownie tray! Thanks for the recipe!!

So, I've made this recipe twice. the first time i tried to halve it because I only had one cup of flour. I baked them for too long and might have proportioned something wrong so they turned out flat and super hard. The second time, oh my goodness they were so good! Fluffy and delicious. I added cocoa powder and used almond extract instead of vanilla and they were perfect. Will make again and again, so simple and quick!

Honestly, I’ve been making these since I discovered the recipe here in 2017, I use coconut oil liquified but not warm, and bake time is 4 mins, turn, 4 mins, check. Most times they are perfect. Occasionally I add an additional minute. They always stay soft and vegan and non vegans alike LOVE them over and over.

I liked these cookies. I agree with Annika, that the flavour could have been a bit stronger. The texture of the cookies changed quite a lot. When they were still a bit warm, they were nice and crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The next day, left in the open air, they had become quite hard. When I put them in a cookie tin, they became soft and chewy again.
Would make them again, although I am also confident that there must be a better recipe out there.

i used this recipe as a base. Instead of canola oil I used 4 tablespoons of avocado oil and 1 banana. I also used organic whole wheat flour instead of the usual all purpose flour.
Tossed in frozen cranberries and chocolate chips and they were delicious. I love it!
Also I ended up baking them st 350 following the directions plus another 5 minutes.

Great recipe! I was a bad student (white flour, sunflower and coconut oil, chocolate to taste, threw all in then mixed), yet it turned out great : crunchy outside, soft inside. Just a bit oily, but definitely a keeper. Cooking time 14min.

Good- first time for a Vegan cookie. I used Guitard chips & organic walnuts. Less room needed on cs.

3.5 stars according to my kids. The dough was dry, so the texture of the cookie was a little grainy/chewy. However, the flavor was great.

It was really good. Didn't have chocolate chips so I just made a cinnamon coconut cookie (coconut oil)

Very different taste and texture to non-vegan cookies but very very nice. Baking time had to be a bit longer than recommended, i had one sheet of 9 cookies in there for 10min. Varied ingredient amounts a little (less sugar, more vanilla, more water).

*****DELISH!! It's always a chore to make Vegan cookies that everyone like, that this is one TERRIFIC one! The only thing I did different was to use Organic coconut oil instead of canola oil. Made 2 batches of amazing, chewy, entire happy family, cookies! Thank you for such a GREAT recipe!
