  • 2 tablespoons oil (mixed with 1 tbsp applesauce)
  • 1 tablespoon applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or 3 tablespoons agave nectar)
  • 1 cup apple (chopped, 1 apple)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped, optional, I leave them out)
  • cinnamon sugar (for sprinkling, optional)
