- 1/4 cup table salt (regular)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder (more if your powder isn't very strong)
- 2 Tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (dried, crush a little with fingers when adding)
- 1 tsp. Herbs de Provence (crush a little with fingers when adding)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (*use an ⅛ for super mild, and more if looking for a hotter flavor)
