- 400 grams ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- mustard
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce
- goat cheese

Directions
- Season the ground beef with paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix in the egg and form into four patties. Cook on medium heat until completely cooked on both sides.
- Saute the onion in the olive oil on medium-low heat until it slightly browns (approximately ten minutes). Add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Cook for one minute, remove from heat, and set aside.
- Heat the bottom half of the bun in a skillet, spread with mustard to taste and layer with lettuce, the burger, goat cheese, and caramelized onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
