- 400 grams ground beef
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 1 pinch salt
- cheese slices (Yellow)
- pita bread (Whole-grain)
- mayonnaise
- lettuce (shredded)
- tomato (sliced)
- onion (sliced)
- prepared mustard
- pickles
- chile peppers (Jalapeno, sliced)

Directions
- Mix the ground beef with the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, onion, and salt. Form into hamburgers and cook on both sides in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place a slice of yellow cheese on top of each hamburger while still in the skillet and allow to melt.
- Toast the pita bread until golden brown and cut into halves. Spread with mayonnaise and place lettuce, tomato, and onion into each pita. Put the hamburger and cheese into each pita, add mustard, jalapeno, and pickles, and serve.
