Loved this recipe! I added onions to the gravy and no spinach for me ;) but everything else was to the book and this turned out super savory!

Very tasty and easy to make. Made with baby bella mushrooms, added a little more salt and pepper after serving

Sooooooo good. Easy to make and the gravy is fantastic. I wish that I had a bit more gravy but I'm happy regardless, also would recommend that you make the potatoes and spinach linked in the article.
