I love hamburger steak and gravy! This recipe is good, in my opinion to make it great would be to add mushrooms, plus a dash of Worcestershire and let cook in a crockpot on low for several hours. It brings all of the flavors together! OMG great!

I doubled the recipe as my husband eats a lot and i like to have left overs. Instead of dried onion i had fresh minced onion. i also added Worcestershire sauce to add a bit more flavor! Was great!!

Really enjoyed this recipe I may broil the hamburger steaks next time I also added some cayenne pepper to the seasonings
