This turned out very well. It was a hit with even the "fussy" eater the house. I used the liquid to 4 cups.

Great meal! Don’t normally like cauliflower, but it tastes great in this soup!

This was good. my family said it was a keeper. I did frozen cauliflower. I thawed it before I put it in.
