Made this except without the bacon/crumbles and with Tony's Creole Seasoning instead of Johnny's and it was a great lunch!

This is a really tasty recipe.I changed it slightly.Instead of bagels I added mashed potatoes and made cakes.The family loved them and I would definitely make them again.This recipe is definitely a keeper........John
