- 3 Tbsp. Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 Yukon Gold potatoes (large, cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1 lb. fully cooked ham (cubed)
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning (or Cajun)
- salt
- pepper
- sour cream

Directions
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until softened.
- ADD potatoes. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- STIR in ham, asparagus and Cajun seasoning. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until asparagus is tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream.

I didn’t measure and put in too much Cajun seasoning, so 🔥🔥🔥. Otherwise, the whole family liked it and: ONE. PAN. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
