Delicious as is but will be trying spice combos next time! Cajun/creole would be great.

This meal was an instant hit! so many ways to change it up, but eho doesn't like cheese and potatoes?

Easy to make, but I added a little more cheese. Everyone loved it and had enough left for two lunches.
