Soup is delicious, used frozen mixed vegetables and it worked just as well, very hearty and tasty!

It was super easy to make and very delicious. I followed the recipe, exactly. I will make again, but next time I will try with bacon instead of ham. I think that will make it even better.

Delicious!!!!! Used half and half and red unpeeled potatoes, but those were the only changes. Totally will make this again!

first time making this soup. i did a few changes to what I had on hand. i used vegetable stock, added some cauliflower and paprika. it got rave reviews. next time we have ham i will be making this with any leftovers.

My family LOVED this meal!! Soo much better than I thought it would’ve been. I loved the way it sits on your stomach very lightly and it taste amazing!! I would soo recommend it!

Amazing and easy. Used homemade chicken stock. No other modifications except being generous with the carrot and corn measurements.

Just made this and it is wonderful! We added a can of mild green chilies. I added a tablespoon to the bechamel and the rest to the potato mixture. We added more corn than called for. I also used half and half rather than milk. This recipe would also be great with bacon rather than ham. Yummy!

Very great soup! I went more with the ratios than with the actual recipe since I’m meal prepping this week. I probably added way more cheese, lots of other veggies (bell peppers and frozen vegetables), and chicken stock than what was called for, but it ended up being delicious.

I substituted sweet potatoes but other than that followed this to the letter It was incredibly good!

Easy to make, hearty, tasty soup. i did add some red pepper flakes just because I like them and a tad more pepper.

I add just a bit more cheese and a bit less onion. If you put the full amount of onion in, it overpowers all other flavors.

Delicious! It was very thick so I added extra chicken broth and it was perfect for the family. But, if you like your soup less "soupy", you'll love it as is.
