Excellent! Made this GF and Dairy free, used some bacon fat instead of butter. Then substituted potato starch for flour and coconut milk for regular milk.

I used veggie broth instead of chicken since that’s all I had on me!! Didn’t miss it though really good!!

Great recipe-
at the end, after everything was combined, I took my hand blender and puréed it all a bit for a heartier texture. Turned out great!

Delicious! Can't wait to make this again! My new favourite ham soup! I am making it again today but I am going to add some bacon leftovers I have!
