Whole family loved it. I used left over ham from Easter dinner the day before and served with a green salad, thanks for saving this tired-working-mom's day!

Nice to have a breakfast casserole with no eggs but this is lacking a little. Shredded potatoes made a big texture change and taste better than store bought hash browns. I would tweek the receipe a little and add some green or yellow peppers and some hot flakes!
