    Could not figure out how to get the crepes to become crepes. We had a really hard time flipping them so they just became gloppy messes. Not wanting to waste I put turkey, instead of ham, and the gruyere on top and they were still pretty darn tasty.

    The ham and gruyere was okay, but the actual crepe was bland. I think substituting with cheddar cheese would've given it more flavor instead of the gruyere. We will try making it with our own crepe recipe and cheddar instead.
