Very good; although I added one third egg to the recipe and baked an extra 15 minutes.

Too salty for my taste. I attempted to reduce the salt by using garlic powder for the garlic salt. I used the Lawreys seasoned salt but would reduce it to 1/2 tsp. Ham is salty anyway. I sautéed the ham w the onions and didn't add peppers. Maybe the type of ham I used was salty. But all in all it was a decent recipe.

I modified it to fit my diet - mild cheese instead of sharp; red pepper instead of green; no onion, black pepper, or seasoning salt. And it was still great!
