Too much hashbrown for my liking. It definitely did not require 60 minutes cooking time, it was over cooked. The cheese formed a hard crust on the bottom and sides.

Fabulous! I take it into work, and to customers for breakfast and they love it. The mushroom adder is always a hit

Turned out awesome. We really don’t like peppers so I substituted some diced Green Onions. I also love Smoked Paprika so mixed a little in and sprinkled on top before baking to give it a pretty appearance. Super easy and a breeze for Christmas morning. Everyone got into their stockings while I was prepping, which was ridiculously quick, and we all opened gifts while this was in the oven. Perfect timing! This will be a go to for sure.

my family loved it for a weeknight supper on a night when we all eat at different times. Kept warm in oven with biscuits and fruit salad in frig. Next time with Hatch green chili instead of bell pepper, we like it hot!!

This is a great dish and easy to make. My entire family loves it and leftovers taste great!
