Ingredients

8 SERVINGS
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2/3 cup warm water
- cheese (I use Harvati, but any soft cheese is fine)
- ham (Little bits of)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg

Directions
- Combine the 1 Tablespoon of yeast and sugar into a large bowl with the salt. Pour in the 2/3 of water. Wait about 2-3 minutes just till the yeast looks light brown and puffy.
- Then add into the bowl one cup of flour. If it needs more flour after you combine it together add the other cup of flour bit by bit.
- When it looks combined well, put a little bit of flour on the bench or table and knead for about 5-10 minutes.
