Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • cheese (I use Harvati, but any soft cheese is fine)
  • ham (Little bits of)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 egg

    Directions

    1. Combine the 1 Tablespoon of yeast and sugar into a large bowl with the salt. Pour in the 2/3 of water. Wait about 2-3 minutes just till the yeast looks light brown and puffy.
    2. Then add into the bowl one cup of flour. If it needs more flour after you combine it together add the other cup of flour bit by bit.
    3. When it looks combined well, put a little bit of flour on the bench or table and knead for about 5-10 minutes.
