    I’m a Puritan when I eat baguettes French style. And at the moment that’s been everyday without fail for weeks! Good quality salted butter, Brie (double cream) and great quality low water content ham are all you need. Less is most definitely more in this case. The herb butter was a little overpowering and masked the taste of the main ingredients. However, I could see people enjoying the lighter herb taste of chive and parsley together but I certainly would t reccoment putting a string woody herb such as thyme in there. Leave the herbs out and you have a 5* baguette
