- 1/4 cup onions
- 1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. grate lime peel
- 1 lettuce (optional)

Directions
- 1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks. 2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
