- 3/4 lb. ham (cut into julienne strips)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. chives (chopped)
- 9 oz. frozen peas (thawed)
- 2 oranges (medium, peeled and sectioned)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (seeded and thinly sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups leaf lettuce (torn)

Directions
- For dressing, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, milk, mustard and chopped chives, set aside. In a large bowl gently toss together ham, peas, orange sections, lettuce and red pepper. Portion onto individual plates; spoon dressing over salads.
