Excellent recipe. I added a pinch of thyme and it turned out awesome. I’ll definitely be making this again

It wasn't bad. I think the biggest thing was the fact that I used Kidney beans. They were still kind of hard on the outside.
Also, I wish there were more specific directions. About an hour is kind of annoying when you are making food and there's no easy way to tell if it is done.
