This is a dish we make at least once a month at our house! We do a slight variation of about 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar near the end and also add about a tablespoon of celery seed with the vinegar... most load their plate and use yellow mustard on the side... very inexpensive to feed a lot of people and satisfying!!!!
