- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

- 400 grams chickpeas
- 100 grams cavolo nero (or kale, sliced)

- 100 grams couscous (giant, – I use Merchant Gourmet Wholewheat Giant Couscous, Please note this link is for a pack of 6)

- 150 grams halloumi (sliced)
- 1 handful coriander (chopped)

Didn't like it too much. It was a bit dry and didnt have much flavor. To be fair, I did use ground cumin instead of cumin seeds and as I didn't have kale I ledt that out and added fennel instead (I know, something totally different).
