- 3/4 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shallots (finely chopped, or onions)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. brummel & brown spread
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 4 pieces halibut (grilled or broiled)

Directions
- Bring broth, shallots and lemon juice to a boil over high heat in 1-quart saucepan. Continue boiling 10 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Remove from heat. Stir in Brummel & Brown® Spread, parsley and lemon peel with wire whisk. Serve over halibut.
