- 2 hake fillets
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 baked potato
- 1 boiled egg
- 50 mL olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions
- Bake the hake, egg, and potatoes in salted water.
- Once cooked, remove the hake and place it in the center of a platter.
- To prepare the sauce, put the egg, parsley, and cooked potato in a food processor and mix together.
- Add the oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over hake and serve with cooked vegetables.
