Directions

1. Bake the hake, egg, and potatoes in salted water.
2. Once cooked, remove the hake and place it in the center of a platter.
3. To prepare the sauce, put the egg, parsley, and cooked potato in a food processor and mix together.
4. Add the oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the sauce over hake and serve with cooked vegetables.
