- 2 Tbsp. chicken stock
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. red chili (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 ginger
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
