- oil (Enough high heat, to Fill 2-4 Inches of a heavy bottom pot)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (high quality)
- 2 Tbsp. Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 scallion
- 1 slice scallion (as thin as possible.)
