- 70 mL milk (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 100 grams currants (1/4 cup +2 tbsp)
- 115 grams sultanas
- 50 grams mixed peel (chopped)
- 200 grams white sugar (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp fine)
- 200 mL water (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
