- 2 capsicums (red or yellow)
- 4 cups mushrooms
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (cans)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (your choice, basil, oregano, rosemary are good)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 500 grams cottage cheese (reduced-fat)
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 6 cups spinach (fresh chopped)
- 250 grams lasagne sheets (pack instant)
