- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/3 extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (Seal)
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 handful cilantro (Chopped)

- dukkah (Turmeric, Recipe Below)
- 1 cup almonds
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup macadamia (I used Brazil Nuts)
- 1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. ground turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. black peppercorns
- 1/3 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1 pinch chili flakes
