Excellent! Made for a dinner party and it was a hit. Even my teenage son loved it. I skipped the mash and saved the cauliflower bits for another recipe

Loved this! The idea to make mash with the rest of the cauliflower pieces was great and a good way to balance the spices. I loved the warm bean salad (I used arugula and pintos) which added a meaty balance. As much as I love lemon, this was a little too lemony. Will make again!

The cauliflower was awesome and I loved the mash, suggest a bit of parsley in the mash, the side could be better
