I made this and I liked it but When I put the goat cheese on top I should have used smaller dabs. The reason is when you would take a bite with the goat cheese on top it was a bit much for my taste as well as my husbands. I really liked the crust was very different from a pastry crust. You could do this with a pastry crust if you preferred. I was thinking it was going to kiesh like but it was not eggy at all. This was something different for my husband I just need to play with the cheese the next time.
