I did it with Sake instead of Mirin and I used double mushroom dashi and everyone loved it. An easy dish to make that tastes great. Will make again.

Not as much flavor as I was expecting, but it did have a real earthy, beefy goodness that would be perfect for when you are feeling under the weather.
