Yum! Who would have thought carrots would taste so good! I had it as a side for a night when I couldn’t be bothered cooking much and it was a great quick side that is super healthy. Can’t wait to try a few other ingredients to see how it goes!

First time making this, I personally would recommend adding more spices; I will next time.
