Excellent. First time every cooking with tofu. My family ate it all and begged for more. Next time going to add twice the noodles. May add mushrooms as well. Multiple people said in the comments that they didn’t like the curry taste, but we didn’t taste it at all.

Excellent meal! My husband even liked and he is not a big vegetable eater. You could use so many variations in this recipe.

i had to double the recipe for my big family, i also used chicken instead of tofu. it was delicious! our noodles got a.little soggy but i think that was a chef's mistake.

Really yummy but didn't love the curry powder taste, I'm not sure what could be used instead but maybe less than the 1 tbsp.

I was really surprised by how delicious it was. I didn't use sesame seed oil just i can't believe it's not butter and coconut oil and it turned out perfectly delicious. Good way to get ALL your veggies in without really feeling it😋

It was good, except my madras curry powder was very old and it didn’t have much flavor for me. I added more and also added more soy sauce, and then sriracha on top at serving. Will make again but wasn’t as good as I had hoped.

The flavor was excellent. I used a little less tamari than was prescribed and a bit more water, but for me that was perfect because I don't like my food especially salty. I drizzled sriracha on top and loved that, too. The recipe was really easy to make and modify successfully; I plan to make it again and share with others!
