- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk (make it yourself!)
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder (raw organic, it's WAY more nutritious than cocoa powder)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (ghee is 99% pure butter oil but may have trace amounts of casein and lactose remaining, so feel free to omit if you're extremely sensitive to it)
- 2 Tbsp. Collagen (grass-fed, peptides)
- 2 Tbsp. organic coconut oil (I use Nutiva's refined coconut oil to avoid the taste of coconut)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 10 drops stevia (organic, or make your own stevia glycerite and sweeten to your liking)
