Amazing! It was very cheesy and good. The Guinness added a nice flavor I had never tasted before.

The beer taste is strong, just a heads up. We doubled the cheese too but we could’ve added more. That’s just our personal preference though, it was very good.

I probably messed up somewhere along the way, but the end result tasted very strongly of Guinness, I only had “extra stout” which I wouldn’t recommend using. If you do, I would double the cheese, or else it’s Guinness Mac with a hint of cheese.

Just came out amazing the dark stout that I used you could taste and I also used a combination of Swiss monster and Gouda cheese everyone loved it and it would have tasted great with either chicken or shrimp

very tasty version of Mac & cheese. We prefer baked mac & cheese, so I finished by baking it for 30 min in 350 oven.
