I made this a year ago and it was a big hit! Was gone super quick and many asked for the recipe. If making for a group (20-30 people) definitely double up on the recipe.

This dip is easy and delicious! I substituted left hand milk stout nitro for the Guinness because I didn't have any Guinness on hand. I just threw it all in the food processor- super easy.

This was a HIT! I did not substitute any ingredients since this is not something I would serve on a regular basis. Be sure to buy the best quality cheddar cheese you can find....having said that, it doesn't have to be one from the cheese shop. My "go-to" cheese for use in recipes is Cracker Barrel Aged Reserve Cheddar (black label). It is WONDERFUL and found in just about every grocery store (the Cracker Barrel cheese has no connection to the Cracker Barrel restaurant). The only thing I would do differently is to make this dip two days ahead of time instead of one. There were leftovers from when we originally had it and it was even better - the flavors really came together after sitting that extra day.
